The BTS Global Tournament will:

• Broaden management’s perspective by providing a “helicopter view” of how different functions and lines of businesses within the company interact

• Build broad, long-term strategic thinking

  • Clear understanding of strategy and execution
  • Explore short- versus long-term tradeoffs

• Develop an understanding of the key drivers of Shareholder Value

  • Reinforce the drivers of shareholder value by exploring its components
  • primarily Revenues, Costs and Assets – and using them as the basis for decision-making

• Build teamwork between various functions and business areas

• Develop personal action plans to implement key learning points in the workplace
