Communication for Techies
The training aims to improve communication skills of the technical leaders, to make them aware of the way and steps of communication within their team. It also aims to provide the right tools for conflict management and efficient meetings on projects' status or otherwise.

The training course will consist of a mixture of presentations, group discussions and video taped exercises in order for the participants to better understand the information and start applying the learned principles. Each participant will have to prepare and deliver several presentations and will receive feedback on them. 80% of the training schedule will consist of practical activities.
