I-st Edition - IT Recruitment Workshop


"It Recruitment Workshop", I-st edition, took place at Hotel Hilton Bucuresti, between 18-19th of June 2008.

VON Consulting is the organizer of the first action in Romania dedicated to recruiters in IT field.
Our objective is to bring more technical expertize for recruiters in this field. Our trainers are consultants in IT recruitment and selection, with an experience over 8 years, as well as specialists with a technical background.
On the first edition of the workshop participated representatives of human resources departments from Genpact (business process outsourcing), Ixia (networking), Infineon (semiconductori), BRD.
The trainees appreciated the structure of the material and the information. It was surprising to have technical people as trainers able to make them more familiar to the technical terms used.
Extremely interesting for most were the interviews simulation aimed to fix the elements to be used by a recruiter during the questioning of the candidates" technical experience.
