II-nd Edition - IT Recruitment Workshop


"It Recruitment Workshop", second edition, took place at Phoenicia Grand Hotel, Bucharest, during 16-17 October 2008.

The event has brought together human resources and recruitment specialists in the IT&C field, such as: telecommunications, IT support, networking, semiconductors, banking.
IT Recruitment Workshop proposed technical expertise and efficient methods in organizing the interviews for IT positions.
The second edition has impressed by an improved structure both as information provided as well as case studies.
Six trainers, experienced in human resources, IT and project management, have introduced the IT market structured on types of existent applications. The structure included also recruitment strategies, sales strategies, understanding the position that one recruits for and how to approach problematic candidates. The practical part consisted in presenting video materials of technical interviews and also simulations of interviews with candidates for different IT positions.

Face IT! supports a thorough technical information of the recruitment process. The workshop mission is to offer an overall image of the IT specialized field and establish a base of technical knowledge, as well as tactics used in the recruitment process.
