Description:
Management of all customer/ clients� incidents through to resolution Management of all open incidents against Service Level Agreements and contracts Escalation to Service Delivery Managers / Resolving Teams where incidents may or have been breached Interfacing appropriately with Problem Management for Major Incidents and escalating accordingly Flagging material for reuse i.e. feed information via Knowledge Managers into the Knowledge Management System Regular liaison with Service Delivery Managers / Resolving Teams Management Information - obtaining management information from Incident and Problem Data.
Requirements:
Experience � Essential Excellent French language skills both verbal and written Good English skills Experience in working in a Customer Service Centre is preferable Technical skills are not essential however the basic understanding of MS Office is necessary Ability to take ownership of incidents and to use Project Management skills to ensure effective resolution language Minimum secondary education. Experience � Desirable Working knowledge of Macromedia Dreamweaver, HTML, PHP, ASP and JavaScript. Personal Qualities: Flexible and well motivated team player, Be able to work with minimum supervision and perform under pressure to tight deadlines, Able to work effectively and flexibly in a small team.
