Description:
Objective: Responsible for corrective action for software testing processes or procedures by making sure software functionality conforms to accompanying documentation specifications. Through testing procedures ensures products or applications are bug free and stable. Works to develop, apply, and maintain quality requirements that include the design and implementation of methods and procedures for testing and debugging programs in completed products and applications, before the release of master. Responsibilities: − Analyze business requirements, system requirement specifications and responsible for documenting functional requirements and supplementary requirements in Test Director. − Detect, report, and track defects in the applications, as well as verify fixes and requirement imple- mentation. − Perform manual testing of application functionality before automation, regression testing, user accept- ance testing and user interface according to specifications and standards. − Verify both front-end and back-end requirements. − Work closely with design specifications and development teams throughout the development process. − Configure test environments on multiple platforms. − Develop automated test scripts to perform functional and regression testing. − Perform Web Testing and GUI Testing. − Perform Black box testing for the application reported the defects. − Written positive, negative test case and conducted tests as needed. − Create Test input requirements and prepare the test data for data driven testing. − Create test plans and acceptance test plans; − Create test suites and fill results. − Participate in defect review meetings with the team members. − Write modification requests for the bugs in the application and helped developers to track and resolve the problems. − Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Requirements:
Qualifications: − Must be proficient with MS-Office (Word, Access, and Excel) and Internet Explorer. − Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, Testing Methodologies and Techniques. − Understand all standard concepts, practices and procedures in the field − Understand communication environment − Understand computer industry standards − Knowledge of Windows, Linux operating systems − Strong knowledge of at least one scripting language − Knowledge of common testing tools and/or of automated testing frameworks. Requirements: − Strong understanding of end user requirements and needs. − Ability to rapidly absorb technical information. − Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills − Good written and verbal communication skills, in English and Romanian. − Fast learner, self-motivated. − Ability to work well independently or on a team. − Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects and under deadline pressure with fast turnarounds. − Ability to work with little or no supervision after initial briefing. − Professional, assertive, creative, energetic. − Active listening. − Hardworking, dedicated, flexible and versatile to adapt any new environment and work on any project. − Pro-active − Project oriented − Team work
