Responsibilities:
The QA Manager is responsible for developing strategies and implementing QA processes, recommending and approving test strategy, developing QA standards, defining and tracking QA metrics.

Be part of the international team developing infrastructure software components for industry's leading products in IP networks testing field. This position requires an immediate technical contribution to the development of complex components. Inaugurarea Centrului de Training Tehnic
Vineri, 27 noiembrie, am participat la inagurarea Centrului de Training Tehnic din Iasi. Dorim sa felicitam cu aceasta ocazie asociatia Teaching, partenerii nostrii, pentru deschiderea singurului centru din tara care scolarizeaza proaspetii absolventi de facultate tehnica pe masini cu comanda numerica DMG.
Centrul isi propune sa instruiasca in urmatoarea perioada un numar de peste 200 de tineri ingineri. Cursurile ofera atat o parte teoretica, dar mai ales practica iar noul centru dispune in acest sens de doua CNC-uri de ultima generatie.

Team ADventure si-a desemnat castigatorii

Team ADventure este singurul Concurs de Strategie Publicitară şi Relaţii Publice de la Iasi. Concursul, organizat de catre asociatia PRIME Iasi aduce an de an impreuna oameni din mediu de business iesean, studenti pasionati de relatii publice si comunicare si profesionisti din domeniul marketing.
Pe parcursul a 3 saptamani cei 36 de tineri participanti la concurs au avut de rezolvat cate un caz propus de catre 3 agenti economici din industrii diferite.
Anul acesta VON Consulting s-a numarat printre cele 3 companii propuse spre analiza impreuna cu Sylver-Rom si Ilvas.
Echipa castigatoare, Pepper, a propus pentru cazul VON Consulting Iasi o strategie inedita de intrare si pozitionare pe piata locala. Studiul intreprins de catre tinerii castigatori propune crearea unui blog personal, blog pitching via Twitter si guerilla PR prin postare de materiale de promovare neconventionale.
Antreprenoriatul in timp de criza
Luna aceasta am participat in Iasi la "Antreprenoriatul in timp de criza", proiect al Centrului Economic dezvoltat de catre asociatia Teaching, noii nostrii parteneri.
Organizatorii i-au provocat pe participanti cu cate un studiu de caz bine gandit iar solutiile au fost prezentate celorlate echipe si juriului. La evaluarea proiectelor au participat tineri antreprenori din Iasi, Ilie Ghiciuc (Code 40) si Ovidiu Sandu (Saviso) alaturi de colega noastra Catrinel Meicu.
"Evenimentul a fost unul interesant mai ales din prisma colegilor de juriu. Atat Ovidiu cat si Ilie conduc afaceri de succes in Iasi si ambii sunt pasionati de business. De asemnea ambii fac parte din JCI si se implica activ in proiectele acestei organizatii." ne-a povestit Catrinel.
"Concurentii s-au ridicat la inaltimea evenimentului si a fost destul de greu sa desemnam cea mai buna echipa. Toti participantii au demonstrat initiativa si o excelenta asimilare a cunostintelor dobandite in cursul trainingului de antreprenoriat organizat de Teaching."

Toamna se numara...colegii
Echipa noastra a crescut si suntem in continuare in cautare de colaboratori in toata tara.
Ni s-au alaturat Flaviu, in Sibiu, care ne sustine pe partea de IT, si Gratiela, Branch Manager in Brasov. Mai multe detalii despre ei urmeaza in curand.
Si pe partea de training avem o colaborare noua - Alexa - cu care organizam trainingul de PR pentru o zi.
In curand ne vom extinde in Cluj-Napoca si suntem in cautare de colegi.

PR pentru o zi - dupa prima editie
Joi si vineri sediul nostru a fost gazda primei editii a trainingului "PR pentru o zi". Printre discutiile despre strategia de comunicare a unei organizatii, campania de relatii publice sau analiza SWOT, am incercat sa deslusim misterele unei cariere in domeniul relatiilor publice.
Printre cele mai utile lucruri invatate participantii au mentionat:
"Am invatat multe metode nestiute inainte din domeniul comunicarii"
" Mare parte din abilitatile de PR pot fi deprinse( sa traiasca experientele continue! )"
Dupa 2 dimineti pline meseria de PR pare "destul de dificila, dar care ofera multe satisfactii", " fascinanta, nu lipsita de peripetii, non monotona" si "foarte interesanta, plina de creativitate"
