Spice Jar - Taste diversity!



Every team has its own salt and pepper, but for a dish to be really tasteful and memorable the secret is most of times a refined and subtle combination of flavors, textures and tastes.
What better way to find out how spicy and tasteful each of your colleagues is, other than gathering all of them in a kitchen and noticing how they give the best out of them, for a result that matches each of their taste as well as the one of all together.

By cooking, people express themselves, develop their personality with what is spicy, hidden, tasteful. Gather all of them in a team, help them discover each other's flavor and teach them how to combine these flavors in a unique and ... "eatable" result.

Our proposal is a day out of office, an unusual culinary adventure, behind which there are clear objectives of increasing group cohesion, improvement of communication, lessons to be learnt, all combined with taste and joy.

According to the needs of the team we have two types of events to propose, with different objectives: team cohesion increase with solving specific problems (team building) and refresh of team spirit and well being (team gelling).

In any of the two situations, the gatherings will have a preestablished theme with established activities, where participants will learn something about cooking, about themselves and about the team they are a part of.


Team - building - cohesion, solving group problems
Team of minimum 8 and maximum 15 participants
Using instruments and specific approaches of psychology and sociometry, we discuss the results with the team and we find together best solutions to achieve the objectives initially established (group cohesion increase, improvement of communication etc.)

Team gelling - based on socializing
Team of minimum 8 and maximum 20 participants
Activities are organized in such a way that they will be fun, involve the whole team and in the same time underline the diversity and the advantages of accepting and exploring this diversity during daily activities.

No matter the type of event you may choose from the list above, what you will receive in the end will not be a training in a preestablished format wo which we will make small adjustments.
We can guarantee that we will "mis en scene" a memorable gathering, especially imagined for you, that whole team will remember with pleasure.
