The training was extremely important for me because it managed to underline certain ideas and concepts I had but I was not confident about, adding information that certainly will be useful when I will decide to start the trip in the "land" of selection and personnel recruiting. An essential detail that is worth mentioning is that the entire activity gave me the feeling of a greater control over my inner resources that I am willing to invest in such an activity.
