Workshops
Workshops are pleasant, interactive and efficient events: experiential learning about experiential learning.
The structure of a workshop is as it follows:
- Introduction and theoretical concepts
- Example
- Practice the method or the skills
- Review what happened
- Develop new knowledge and alternatives
- In some cases you will be the one facilitating and will receive feedback as well
The workshops are dedicated to the trainers who are just starting their career, to the persons who are working with groups as facilitators and to everyone who has an interest in non-formal education.
Training tools 1, 2 and 3
(23 February, 9 March, 23 March – 18:00 - 20:30)*
Through the Training Tools workshop series we propose to discover together what type of tools we can use in our training sessions, or during meetings, when we need to facilitate a discussion or to plan a project.
For the 3 meetings we have selected the following categories of tools that we can use to:
- Generate ideas
- Make decisions
- Evaluate
- Organize data and information
- Plan activities

Training activities 1, 2 and 3
(13 April, 27 April, 11 May – 18:00 – 20:30)*
The practical activities are the salt and pepper when we are “cooking” a training program. Starting with the preparation of stories and anecdotes, designing role plays or case studies, all these activities help us maintain a high energy level and to keep the participants concentrated.
During the 3 meetings dedicated to these activities we want to try out several types of exercises and design together activities that can be used during training sessions later on.
We’ll be discussing about:
- Energizers
- Icebreakers
- Get to know games
- Role plays
- Case studies

The maximum number of participants is 10 persons and the participation fee is 50RON/meeting.
