Resource Coordinators are a key point of contact for services clients, ensuring that projects are set up and started as expected and that clients receive status and follow-up communication. Coordinators use and maintain resource assignment rules, skills information and availability to make optimal use of delivery capacity and to meet service level commitments. Coordinators are also a key point of contact for delivery teams and sellers, helping each team understand current state of individual projects, the overall portfolio, and supporting sales and capacity planning efforts.
