The position is for you if you are interested in building a career as a Quality Manager in an international software engineering environment that is changing very quickly and continually adapting to new technologies, processes and customer requirements. This is a key position in Romania Engineering Excellence Center of more than 100 engineers in charge of the development and delivery of security solutions dedicated to state security issues. The solutions we offer are based on proprietary software using biometric technologies developed in Romania or in other engineering excellence centers by the world leader in biometric solutions.
Responsibilities & missions:
AGILE Coach
o Train and coach Romania teams in AGILE Process
o Deploy the AGILE process trough R&D and customer’ projects
o Assume that 4 Agile values and 12 Agile principles are perfectly understood and systematically implemented in a circumstantial way by
o Ensure that all Romania teams and different roles apply Agile values and principles and that everyone is involved according to their role
o Helps the teams to improve, to be more efficient, autonomous and responsible without leading it
o Guaranty AGILE process application by all Romania projects
Sustain Head of one of the departments in Romania :
o Select & monitor QA KPI
o Contribute to customer survey
o Support risks and opportunities management
o Lead PSI Romania Process Efficiency Review
Support Business performance
o Support customer complaints / critical incidents management
o Organizes project quality reviews and guarantees the quality of project deliverables
o Provide QA deliverable in projects
o Check and guarantees maturity of R&D deliverables
o Supports Projects & Maintenance management including partners and subcontractors
o Support Presales for tenders build
Ensure Quality performance
o Assess the organization vs requirements and standards (external & internal)
o Promote best practices sharing across programs
o Propose and carry out quality improvement plan
o Report vs Quality performance

University Master level or equivalent degree (bachelor +5 years)
Proven experience of at least 3 years in the same Agile Coach and /or Quality Manager function
Proven knowledge and experience of AGILE process in engineering environment
ISO 9001, quality tools (8D, 5S, QRQC, FMEA, RETEX) and Lean Sigma knowledge and practice
Audit Management & Risk Management approach
Experience in Development methods and tools (CMMI, SPICE…)
Experience of Project / Program Management and customer support
Experience of Quality Management in an engineering operational context
Influential leadership and initiative
Ability to detect people’s emotions and attitudes
Mediation skills in conflict management
Pedagogy and effective international communication
Strong verbal and written skills in English, French would be a plus.
