Our Payroll & HR Admin service has 3 different components:<\/p>\n

1. Personnel files administration<\/strong><\/p>\n

The main activities VON Consultant will be responsible for are:
\n\uf0b7 Management of personnel documentation\/files;
\n\uf0b7 Drafting and registering in the Electronic Register (REVISAL) the temporary work
\ncontracts\/agreements;
\n\uf0b7 Drafting and registering the modifications of work agreements, based on additional deeds;
\n\uf0b7 Drafting termination decisions of work\/ labor contracts and registering them in REVISAL;
\n\uf0b7 Drafting liquidation fiches, employment certificates and all documents necessary to cease an
\nemployee work\/labor contract;
\n\uf0b7 Updating the Electronic Register of Employees according to legal stipulations in force;
\n\uf0b7 Verify with your contact person monthly time sheets before the salary calculation;
\n\uf0b7 Administration of the relation with the clinic for labor medical checks, activate, deactivate and
\nupgrade the monthly employee insurances at employee\u2019s request or Infineon\u2019s request, schedule
\nemployees at the clinic in case of special analyses \u2013 if applicable;
\n\uf0b7 Ordering meal tickets, gift tickets and distributing them to departments Assistants for further
\ndistribution to employees \u2013 if applicable;
\n\uf0b7 Drafting certificates for employees on request: for medical purpose, bank loans etc.;
\n\uf0b7 All documents will be handed over directly to your employees by our team \u2013 either by courier or in
\nperson, during the visit to your office.<\/p>\n

Should your team be larger than 50 employees, we would be able to provide you with an online
\nsystem\/software where:
\n\uf0b7 You will be able to receive all vacation requests by email and approve them\/ feedback
\nimmediately via email;
\n\uf0b7 Each employee will be able to check on an online portal how many vacation days are left and any
\nother administrative details of their contract.<\/p>\n

2.Payroll<\/strong>
\nThe main activities your VON Consultant will be responsible for are:
\n\uf0b7 Drafting monthly salary sheets based on the timesheets provided by your contact person;
\n\uf0b7 Processing salaries according to days worked, vacations, medical leaves etc. in VON
\nConsulting\u2019s database;
\n\uf0b7 Calculating salary adjustments (bonus changes, deductions\/exemptions, advance payments etc);
\n\uf0b7 Payment of salaries according to the work\/labor contract respecting the day of payment
\nstipulated;
\n\uf0b7 Payment for employees\u2019 private pension fund;
\n\uf0b7 Drafting the 112 Declaration for fiscal purposes and filing it to Financial Administration;
\n\uf0b7 Providing to your accounting department the tax report and the accounting note of the salaries in
\na term of 5 days from the day the salaries are paid in order to have them register in your
\naccounting system;
\n\uf0b7 Submit files to the National Health Insurance Authority in order to recover the payments for
\nmedical leave of personnel.<\/p>\n

3. Reporting and direct communication with employees<\/strong>
\nAccording to your internal reporting system and your needs we can provide information in the desired
\nformat on a periodical basis or upon request.
\nThe regular reports that we normally deliver are the monthly tax report, the accounting note and the cost
\nof the employees for each month.<\/p>\n

Our consultants will be in touch with your employees in order to receive and reply in due time to their
