Responsibilities
Design, implement and integrate flexible/scalable microservice-based software platform infrastructure for network emulator products.
Provide technical guidance to junior software development engineers through design concepts and implementation phases.
Collaborate with other software and hardware/FPGA development teams to ensure optimal co-design (HW and SW) solutions.
Produce technical documentation, reports, and diagrams when needed
Investigate and fix complex system issues
Interact with remote engineers
Requirements
5+ plus years of experience in the industry with BS in Computer Science or related, or equivalent
Strong knowledge of C/C++ programming languages and OOP techniques;
Knowledge of software development for distributed systems (micro-services oriented)
Knowledge of scripting programming (bash/python)
Understanding of Docker/Kubernetes ecosystems
Basic understanding of Ethernet and networking technologies
