List of key job responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain a good relationship with Business representative in the project in order to
understand As Is and To Be processes.
2. Document (description and maps) the work processes for As Is and To Be
3. Identify improvements needs, priorities and expectations
4. Communicate with business representative and take approval for upcoming implementation
5. Direct responsible of results delivered to the customer (development, configuration, integrations)
6. Main actor in UAT and Hypercare
7. Training users
8. Lead all projects stages from analysis to post implementation (including Change Requirements)
1. Extensive knowledge of, and experience with Dynamics products (CRM, Power Platform, Azure)
minimum 3 years
2. MSD development and customization (.net, C#, java, js) is a plus
3. Stakeholders’ management is a plus
4. Ability to design and configurate Microsoft solutions
5. Ability to perform fit-gap analysis, build BRD / FRD
6. Experience with full project lifecycle: implementation, hyper care, support
7. Project Management knowhow
8. Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation
