• Maintaining Reports related to all resources/projects.
• Interview Alignments, Re-scheduling interviews, actively participating in day to day activity to ensure seamless and quality candidate experience.
• Interview Feedback follow-ups with Hiring Managers.
• Spearhead effective offer management, collaborating with hiring teams to deliver compelling and competitive offers.
• Technological proficiency (ATS, scheduling tools, email, video conferencing platforms etc.)

• Excel experience: ability to create and manage spreadsheets, use formulas and generate reports.
