The global Generic IT and User Experience (GIT-UX) organization has an IT hub in Bucharest. The Digital Workplace Services team within GIT-UX is hiring new college graduates to support transitioning workplace services from on-premise to cloud, provide cloud first workplaces solutions and cloud management tools to support secure work anywhere environment for users.
Our vision is to support employee productivity and data protection of our clinet’s hybrid workforce with cloud-based collaboration tools, zero IT touch PC management, automation and analytics.
Work with the team that using Microsoft cloud solutions for unified management of both physical endpoint devices (Windows, Mac, Mobile) and virtual workplaces;
Gain experience with Cloud VDI operation managing Azure Virtual Desktop, FSLogix and managed pooled / personal VDI host pools;
Daily you will provide support and product improvements for services that can be used by 35,000 users;
Work within an agile team on assigned technical deliverables for improving existing services, product documentation, testing, improvements and communication;
Troubleshoot client health issues and maintain the client health across the environment stable;
Develop and maintain documentation of current environment;
Make improvements towards automation CI/CD pipeline;
Work closely with manage service partners for operational L3 / L4 support including retrospective for priority 1 tickets.
Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written) with IT staff, business stakeholders and end users;
Passion for new technology innovation that supports real world business execution, productivity and financial goals;
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related subject area;
Knowledge of engineering and non-engineering endpoints (Hardware);
Knowledge of Linux/Unix and/or Windows Operating Systems
Strong analytical skills – must be able to assemble and interpret data and deliver business insights.
