Sales Operations Analyst – Account Management
The role is part of the Premier Management Team, supporting business customers and the sales process.
Multinational technology and services company.
- Assist sales and customers with all Premier related maintenance requests;
- Collaborate and communicate efficiently with other teams (sales, operations, finance, and other key business stakeholders);
- Maintain constant contact customers, as well as in real time (by email or chat);
- Utilize internal knowledge-based solutions;
- Providing real-time updates or content updates on the product page.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English).
- At least B1-B2 Level of either French OR German language.
- Strong commitment to quality and attention to details.
- Strong customer service skills (includes the ability to handle difficult customer issues in a professional manner, respond to customer needs in a timely manner and identify customer needs).
- Strong multi-tasking capabilities and workload prioritization
- Ability to work independently with regular supervision while handling stressful situations.
- Must be well-organized, self-starter and quick learner as well as highly motivated to perform the duties assigned.
Nice to have:
- Prior experience in dealing with confidential information.
- Fluent written and verbal German French
