Talent Development Partner – Learning & Development

As a Talent Development Consultant, you will partner with Business and Employee Experience leaders to design and execute on initiatives that have a real impact on advancing the company's talent capabilities in our diverse region with particular focus on our fast growing site in Bucharest. You will work as part of a regional Employee Experience team and a global Talent Development team to build and deliver high quality and high impact work!

Key focus areas include: identify and assess talent development needs in alignment with business goals, recommendations for Talent Development programmes, partner with HR Business Partners on talent management process including succession planning, talent identification and high-potential development efforts, design and facilitate training experiences, recommend and source appropriate training vendors to augment the company’s program and be an active contributor and partner to the Global Talent Development team.
Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to identify and assess Talent Development needs, align needs in EMEA with global programs and lead efforts to design initiatives to support business goals.
Ownership of the in-region Talent Development program for Romania: strategy, stakeholder engagement, design, facilitation, execution, data management and evaluation.
Facilitate internal Talent Development programs. This includes virtual webinar style and facilitated conversation sessions.
Be a trusted advisor to the EX and Business Leaders in Talent Management and Talent Development subject areas, such as team effectiveness, leadership capability development, professional and career growth.
Represent Talent Development on cross-functional Employee Experience (EX) team and D&I programs in EMEA.
Contribute to forums and projects as required for our EMEA region or with our global teams, for example the Check In project and Talent Management efforts.
Recommend, source and manage the external preferred supplier list for vendors used to augment the program.
Keep abreast of talent trends and advance thinking around solutions to further develop talent and organisation effectiveness.
Min 6 years’ experience as a Learning & Development consultant or related experience.
Strong group & virtual facilitation skills.
Capability and experience in crafting the roadmap of leadership development programs.
Fluent in Romanian and English – ability to facilitate in other European languages is a big plus.
A strong background in consulting and coaching skills in addition to proven business insight.
Clear communicator with good stakeholder management skills, directly working with regional senior leadership team.
Strong project management and organizational skills, using Microsoft collaboration software (Sharepoint, Teams, Forms).
Strong personal leadership and influencing skills.
Strong collaborator who takes accountability for work outputs
Ability to prioritise and make recommendations about how to improve practices and processes.
Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects to completion.
Comfortable working across cultures and with teams across EMEA, Asia Pacific, India and USA.
