Have 3 years experience in the service delivery or managed services operations
Operate core packet and IP network implementation.
Identify and solve defined/undefined problems utilizing existing procedures/techniques/methods.
Supervise the core packet switch and IP network implementation technician.
Prepare and update documentation according to specific requirements.
Working experience with TCP/IP, Cisco, Juniper, Smartedge, BIG-IP, Extreme
Familiar with routing protocols, e.g BGP, OSPF, VRRP, JSRP
