Description
• Secure high-quality within Network Roll-out Service in Orange or Vodafone projects, in Romania
Deliver all the Projects in the defined timeline as agreed with management & customer.
• Planning of resources and ASP teams in the project as per target agreed with customer.
• Weekly and Monthly Governance meeting with PM & Customer.
• Ability to assign the individual team member responsibilities.
• Plan, Guide and co-ordinates with team on day-to-day activities.
• Planning of material delivery after dispatch.
• Ensure the company’s continuous compliance with Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety
• Ensure all the tools and process should be implemented in the project as per Ericsson and customer guidelines.
• Timely Submission of different Project Reports as per the customer and management requirement.
• Secure the first time right
• Manage defect installation on time to secure the milestones
• Ensure 100% site acceptance from customer after the I&C of the sites
• Interwork closely with project organization
