The Purchasing Analyst role is the key procurement POC for new purchases, contract renewals and reporting, troubleshooting and escalations, maintain comprehensive vendor financial records, communication with leadership and stakeholders, and conducting data analysis to drive organizational success.

Coordinate procurement activities adhering to Group’s Procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliant and timely acquisition of services while collaborating with stakeholders
Initiate and track purchase requisitions in partnership with business owners and their needs
Distribute recurring comms to leadership and stakeholders on procurement updates.
Maintain and update procurement education materials and renewal reports
Monitor metrics for overall performance to understand trends and mitigate risks.
Accurately process cloud service provider credits through partner portal systems/tools.
Perform data management, data cleaning, data modeling, and analysis as needed.
Assist the finance team with budget planning and accruals.
Other duties as assigned.
Anforderung
Undergraduate degree in Business, a related field, or comparable work experience
Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication
Experience in the entire source to pay process is strongly preferred
Experience handling purchase orders, approvals, and compliance steps.
