What you’ll do:
• The Talent Coordinator’s time will be spent across three key areas; Candidate Management (75%), Client Management (20%) and Talent Operations projects (5%)
• Simultaneously support multiple Talent Partners to manage the candidate flow through interviews, offer and hiring.
• Manage complex candidate interview scheduling for phone screens, in-person and remote interviews, and panel interviews. This may include travel arrangements for candidates.
• Audit offer and candidate information to ensure data accuracy for a smooth new hire integration process.
• Work with the Data Operations team to ensure the candidate is hired accurately into Workday and create the new hire files. Identify opportunities to streamline or enhance processes and procedures, as well as offer viable solutions Identify opportunities to streamline or enhance processes and procedures, as well as offer viable solutions.
• Participate and support other Talent Operations as necessary, including University Talent, Global Mobility, and Employment Branding
