Responsibilities
As a Senior Staff Specialist for IT Software Development Solutions, you will take on a leadership position, overseeing a team while driving the design, development, installation and operations of state-of-the-art systems to support Infineon’s software developer community.
In your new role you will:
Design, develop and installsystems to support Infineon’s Software developer community with state-of-the-art systems
Maintain and operate those systems to the satisfaction of the software development community
Analyze incoming support requests and identify areas of improvement
Onboard and guide developers in using Infineon’s Software Development systems
Lead onsite colleagues with less experience

Requirements
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
University degree in an Engineering degree (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or similar would be preferable)
At least 7 years of experience in DevOps and Automation
At least 3 years of experience in leadership areas (Product Owner, technical lead, team lead, stakeholder management, project management, …)
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, Java, Go, .Net, JavaScript,…)
Strong proficiency in CI/CD or automationframeworks like puppet, Rundeck, Jenkins, Ansible, GitLab
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes,…)
