Responsibilities
Creating and maintaining automated test scripts for web applications
Creating and maintaining automated test scripts for load / performance
Integrating Playwright, Cypress with other tools like JIRA/Jenkins
Participating in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives
Collaborating with developers and Testing team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software applications
Analyzing and reporting test results to identify areas of improvement
Providing support to other team members as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
At least 1-3 years of experience in automation testing using Python and technologies such as Pytest, Playwright, Cypress, JMeter (performance/ load test)
Strong knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
Experience in designing and implementing automated test suites for web, desktop, and mobile applications
Knowledge of setting up CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Gitlab)
Good understanding of software testing principles and practices
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
