2nd Line Operations of PBX and Messaging in a multi-vendor environment with a focus on administration and maintenance of Cisco Unified Communications Manager including 3rd-party applications.
Responsibilities
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
Integrate new systems into the VF monitoring systems (incl. documentation).
Manage and maintain the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) incl. third-party systems with the support of our Managed Service Partner
Manage work orders (Ticket System) from customers or 1st level directed to our managed service partner (incl. SLA monitoring/reporting).
Support our Managed Service Partner if queries and problems arise that lie within the VF Network
Requirements
With these skills you are a great candidate:
Several years of experience managing CUCM and related systems
Experience with network technologies and protocols (e.g., SIP, H 323, TCP/IP, SNMP)
Experience with Operating Systems: Microsoft Systems, Linux, Cisco IOS, VM Ware ESXi, VM Ware vCenter
German and English (spoken and written)
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
1-3 years of experience as UC Engineer
Cisco HyperFlex/Intersight
Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP certification are a plus
