Provides operational support in the area of recruitment and employment processes, ensures correct and complete input, validation and processing of specific data in HR systems and also administrative support for the processes managed by the recruitment and personnel administration team. This role is for the Germany market, hence having good German language skills is essential.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling interviews.
• Ensure the achievement of the quality level of administrative support dedicated to recruitment processes.
• Maintaining Reports related to all resources/projects.
• Interview Alignments, Re-scheduling interviews, actively participating in day to day activity to ensure seamless and quality candidate experience.
• Interview Feedback follow-ups with Hiring Managers.
• Spearhead effective offer management, collaborating with hiring teams to deliver compelling and competitive offers.

Requirements

• Technological proficiency (ATS, scheduling tools, email, video conferencing platforms etc.)
• Organizational skills.
• Reporting Skills.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
• Excel experience: ability to create and manage spreadsheets, use formulas and generate reports.
• English proficiency: excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in German language (C1 preferred)
