Responsibilities

Our client is looking for a recruitment practitioner who gets things done. This is a fixed-term, 6-month contract role — no extension — designed to provide hands-on operational support to our Talent Acquisition team during periods of leave or high demand.

You will step in to keep hiring moving: managing candidates through our established process from first contact to offer stage, keeping data clean, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This is an execution-focused role. You will not own stakeholder relationships or extend offers — but you will be the operational backbone that keeps pipelines on track.

What You Will Do

  • Move candidates through the existing recruitment process from initial outreach to offer stage, following Adobe’s standardized workflow.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, ensure timely feedback collection, and track key hiring metrics.
  • Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and contribute to reporting for Director and VP-level audiences.
  • Support existing Talent Partners as needed — covering workload during leave of absence or periods of high activity.
  • Apply AI-enabled recruitment tools and sourcing methods in line with team processes.

Requirements

Skills&Education:

  • 2–3 years of tech recruitment experience, ideally in an in-house or agency environment.
  • Comfortable owning a process independently and maintaining quality under volume.
  • Strong attention to data accuracy and follow-through.
  • Tech industry exposure is a plus.
  • Experience with Workday or a comparable ATS is a plus
