Your responsibilities
• Conduct analysis to solve complex problems.
• Application support, administrate, configure, implement user requests, solve user reported incidents, debug functionalities issues usersencounter for our managed apps.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of large-scale applications used by 10K+users, that could be deployed in cloud-based or on-prem infrastructure.
• Automate the setup, scaling and management of applications using Configuration as Code (CaC).
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable quick and reliable code deployment across various environments
• Optimize system performance by conducting system troubleshooting and problem-solving across platform and application domains.
• Ensuring security best practices are integrated into the development lifecycle, including compliance with data protection regulations.
• Document technical procedures, configurations, and the architecture of deployed solutions.
Who we’re looking for
To ensure your success in this role, the following experience is needed:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in highly technical positions such DevOps, SysOps, CloudOps, reliability engineer or similar
• Hands-on experience in the administration of applications/solutions used in the Software Engineering space such Jenkins, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Terraform etc.
• Experience in writing scripts for automation and Configuration as Code Scripting – Python, Perl, Bash
• Expertise on Source Code Management like Git and Subversion
• Demonstrable experience deploying and managing container-based
• applications (with Kubernetes, Docker)
