Responsibilities
Read assembly drawings and the relevant data carefully. Be able to fully understand the drawings requirements and start to assemble after filling in Materials Requisition Form.
Check the model and quality of the materials requisitioned from warehouse. Conduct assembly process according to the time line. During the assembly, placing materials and components randomly is not allowed. When using accessory materials and screws, abide by the principle of economy and avoid unnecessary waste.
Keep the work table tidy and well-organized. Wear gloves when it is necessary, strictly comply with Assembly Regulations.
Keep the name plates and line no. easy-recognized. All the wires should be placed in right order. After finishing the wiring work, check the drawings carefully.
Support engineers for debugging.
No operation against rules is allowed. Ensure safe and civilized production. Manage to improve work efficiency, reduce the waste of raw materials and accessories, and keep cost down.
Check the production progress, count the tools and clean the site on a daily basis. Safekeeping tools, drawings and materials pushcart.
Fill in Subtotal of Labor Hour Form and update OPL timely. If a business trip is necessary, pls. filling in On-site service Application Form.
Meet the production schedule and finish the production tasks on time.
Finish other tasks assigned by team leader, supervisor or manager.
Requirements
Graduate from Secondary technical school or above, major in Mechanical ＆ Electrical Integration or automation-related.
Working as electrical assembly in automation industry for more than 3 years/ Work experience in mech. assembly more than 2 years
Familiar with PLC, be good at assembling equipment by reading the draws
Electrician certificate is necessary/ Processing with Fitter Certificate is preferred.
