As a Senior Engineer System Engineering (Confluence), you will manage the complete platform and ensure it runs stable and high performance. You will be the technical expert in troubleshooting and system configuration in an enterprise solution landscape.
In your new role you will:
Manage the Confluence platform including system administration, technical consultation, and operational activities
Be responsible for application lifecycle management including application integration via API and migration activities
Investigate application errors, troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
Perform tool study and provide technical recommendation on compatibility and the necessary technical adaptation
Optimize system through system health checks, automation and monitoring
Provide technical documentation (e.g. technical specification, design guidelines, developer guidelines)

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
An universitydegree in Informatics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar field
At least 5 years hands-on experience with system/platform administration (preferably in OpenShift or Kubernetes) in an enterprise environment
Experience with Wiki and Knowledge Management applications such as Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian Jira, Microsoft SharePoint
3+ years Proficiency in Linux system administration, shell scripting and Java Script
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Helm
Solid understanding of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP)
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams
Fluency in English, with basic German language skills considered a plus
