In your new role you will:
• Support testing team on critical or complex technical topics
• Requirement analysis from unit to system and help the definition of the test
infrastructure
• Define and own test strategies/test plan and drive long-term improvements in
testing areas.
To ensure your success in this role, the following experience is needed:
• 6+ years’ experience in testing embedded systems
• Programming experience (ANSI C);
• Experience with MCU peripherals and/or external devices
• Debugging skills for embedded targets
• GIT or other version control systems
• Experience with use-case analysis and decomposition in test.
• Proven experience in microcontroller architecture, Software, or system-level
integration
• Good understanding of automotive software stacks
• Deep experience in unit testing and integration testing.
• Electronics basics and working with data acquisition equipment, logic analyzer,
oscilloscope.
• Strong collaboration skills to work across multidisciplinary teams, including
silicon, software, firmware, and board design engineers.
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English
Experience with any of the following is considered a plus:
• Prior experience working at Automotive Tier 1 supplier in defining, implementing
test methodologies on all ASPICE levels of testing.
• Familiarity with requirements tracking tools such as IBM DOORS
• Team and people skills for an international and intercultural environment, self
driven attitude to get engaged and contribute.
