Closely collaborate with production, test engineering and design in order to identify possible improvements of the product, the test program and/or the fabrication process during development and production ramp up
Definition of production screening measures
Production and yield monitoring with respect to technology and business specifics.
Ensure manufacturability of products by yield, fail pareto, test coverage analysis and Design for Manufacturing (DfM) approaches for new products
Analyze root cause of deviations from production targets as quality, performance or cost
Data analysis (assessment, correlation, investigations).
Ramp-up new products and rapidly bring-up test yield
Take responsibility for special lot clearance and actively manage associated risks
Support analyzes on FARs (returns from field)
Drive and implement innovation and methodology activities in product engineering
Requirements
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics or equivalent
3+ Years of relevant working experience within the semiconductor industry
Medium programming skills.
Hands-on experience on data analysis, statistic methods as well as data base handling
Ideally experience with mixed-signal power ICs
Good knowledge of measurement, validation or design of electronic systems
Knowledge about IC manufacturing and production flow including processing, assembly and production test
Ideally experience in Data analysis tools as CEDA/Cornerstone and Excel
