Your responsibilities:
• lead the projects assigned through all the stages defined in our software development process
• identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• ensure the information flow inside the team, with internal stakeholders, and with customers,
• monitor progress, report status
• propose corrective actions
• provide visibility at different management levels into project-related aspects
• stimulate the team to focus on achieving the project goals and organize celebrations at project
successful deliveries.
Your profile
To be successful in this role, you need to have:
• Experience with software project management
• Knowledge of the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements to maintenance
• Applied standard project management methodologies and blending them with Agile-based
methodologies
• Identified and planned mitigation of risks and issues
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (with a high need for Excel knowledge)
• Analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate
with cross-functional teams.
• Achieved results in a multi-cultural environment
• Excellent English communication skills
Furthermore, it is a plus if you have:
• Technical background in embedded systems
• Technical background in automotive projects and development process.
• Technical background in working with/integrating multiple software deliveries/depend
