Your day-to-day:
As a Network Operation Engineer you will be in charge of O&M activities on the VF-IP “OfficeLan” and “Lan Servizi”;
You will collaborate with the team in incident troubleshooting, problem resolution, and implementation of the new projects and services;
You will implement all software and applications needed for the analysis of the network as well as the patches and workarounds to amend faulty configurations.

Achieving the SLA targets for the services managed by the OfficeLan team;
Minimize the impact of changes on service continuity;
Ensure the agreed timeline for the delivery of new projects;
Ensure the implementation and support of the security baselines;
Ensure 7x24h support to the internal customers during on-duty shifts;
Develop software solutions for automating the delivery and troubleshooting of the network.
Ability to manage complex troubleshooting on IP multivendor network;
Customer-oriented approach in managing issues/requests;
Ability to debug applications ( L7 ) network issues by tracing analysis (Wireshark);
Deep knowledge of networking Protocols, standards, and security solutions;
At least 3 years experience in managing IP lan networks in a large organisation;
Cisco CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent;
JNCIA Junos/ JNCIA-SEC certification or equivalent;
Proven multi-years experience in the following technologies: Cisco IOS-XE/NX-OS/IOS-XR; Cisco R&S families ( ASR,Cat,ISR,Nexus,etc); Cisco Firepower/ASA firewall; Cisco Security ISE infrastructure; Cisco wi-fi solutions; Juniper JunOS; Juniper SRX Firewalls; Forti-OS; Fortinet Proxy appliances / Fortimanager architecture; Infoblox DNS/DHCP servers; AntiDDoS ( Arbor / Radware) and Deep Packet Inspection (- DPI ( allot) platforms; Unix/Linux and CentOs Server knowledge; Mainberg GPS/NTP servers;
English (spoken and written) and Italian (nice to have)
