Performs preventive maintenance activities for switching, data communications, transmissions, radio and PW & HVAC equipment, as required;
Performs corrective activities for switching, data communications, transmissions, radio and PW & HVAC equipment, PW & HVAC, alone or in team;
Performs installation, relocation, decommissioning, and relocation of equipment according to the corresponding Work Order;
Performs and provides records of the consumption of parts and materials used to secure the stock;
Complies with the contractual requirements for SLA (Service Level Agreement) in the event of troubleshooting;

Able to determine the tools and equipment needed to perform the work for each type of activity / measurement / equipment according to procedures / instructions for the purpose of performing specific work tasks
Coordinates the teams of subcontractors who carry out activities in the area served, and checks the results deliver;
Operates in applications and and also client customer’s applications;
Works in interior and exterior in a wide variety of environmental conditions, including warm weather, cold or wet with exposure to loud noises, vibrations, smells and/or dust;
Reports hierarchically any nonconformity encountered in the maintained locations;
Prepares and distributes operational activity reports (including but not limited to – logistics, materials, working time).
Performs the on-call service according to the schedule and intervenes in the field to solve the troubletickets.
Knows and follows the work safety instructions, ISU and other specific instructions.
Uses the car in compliance with Company’s internal rules.
Use allocated tools, equipment’s and instruments responsible and only for Company purposes.
Know and use FSO indicators to monitor the services offered and in terms of individual/team performance.
