Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Supporting the Senior Leadership Team member of company Cloud & Infrastructure
(VCI) (Head of Departments) in day2day activities
Support in enabling the priority initiatives in the respective VCI Departments
(Technology Evaluation, Cloud Strategy, Operational Excellence, Security, Automation
etc)
Support the VCI Senior Leadership in the overall VCI Transformation Programme
Interact as central SPOC for VCI Senior Leadership team within her/his Management
team/community
Analyse/create KPI reports, define and propose action points, regarding Vulnerabilities,
Hardening, Malware for traditional & Cloud
Act as VCI Security SPOC in all the interaction with Cyber Security
Coordinate the Vulnerability & Patch Management Committee
Create on regular bases presentation at C Level, for the VCI Senior Leadership team
Support the relevant VCI Leadership team in setting up online presence and
communications (Workplace, SharePoint etc.)
Support the preparation of strategic customer review meetings (Monthly Service Review
Meetings / Quarterly SLT Review meetings etc)
Ensure that all Action Points for Management team are captured and followed up
Represent the respective VCI department in the overall VCI Governance community
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
At least 5 year experience working in an IT environment
Strong experience in engagement with Senior Leadership
Strong communication and decision making skills with the ability to balance conflicting
interests
Knowledge of operational procedures and process standards (e.g. ITIL)
Fluent in English
Experience of working in large multi-national, matrix based organisations
Customer experience design of digital products and services
Data-driven decision making
Well-developed technical knowledge across a broad range of IT topics
Process oriented ( to work on concept papers , policies, documents )
Good understanding of security terminology
Experience of working with IT products delivery ( security knowledge)
Experience of working with classified documents ( dealing with topics with high level of
confidentiality).
Senior level business and systems analysis in a large digital environment
Senior level of business data understanding (Technical data presentations for Top
Management; Route cause impact & Problem statement analysis for Top Management)
Strong stakeholder management
