Responsibilities
Establish cutting-edge methods and tools, enabling the efficient definition and development of semiconductor product platforms;
Conceptualize and drive the design of software-based methods;
Conduct regular stakeholder management in the whole company to understand the user needs and derive and define scope and roadmap;
Develop and harmonize innovative ways-of-working for company-wide new methods and along complete tool chains;
Contribute in establishing Product Line Engineering as a standard method within our solution portfolio;
Lead methodology projects until the successful deployment and introduce the solutions company-wide;
Initiate the required activities/projects accordingly (e.g. piloting of proposed solution);
Align with supporting organizations and stakeholders, and perform change management;
Conduct trainings, support expert users and provide guidance to development projects in using the methods and tools.
Requirements
You are fully committed to making product development processes more efficient without making compromises on quality. You are open-minded and courageous to try new ideas and yet have a high practical sense in proposing new solutions, which you communicate in a clear and effective way. You have knowledge from multiple disciplines and are permanently connected to the latest technology developments.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics or SoftwareEngineering;
At least 5 years of experience in development, verification engineering, test or product engineering, or quality management in semiconductor or automotive industry;
Knowledge in requirements engineering and the related processes, methods, workflows and data flows;
Be familiar with all disciplines of Systems Engineering;
Be familiar with innovation and introduction of new methodologies at large scale;
Good moderation skills, guiding discussions to a successful end;
Very good command of English language.
