This role will be two-fold where we are looking for someone to support the EMEA Territory team as well as someone that will be the link between all the global teams.
The ideal person will have experience in successfully driving and optimizing sales processes and programs, across direct and indirect sales teams. Oversee the Pipeline management including hygiene, strategies to increase the pipeline and the conversion, performance monitoring, pipeline reviews, processes, incentives, analytics and insights. We’re looking for someone who is highly effective and efficient and excels at toggling between critical thinking and detailed execution. Based in Romania, you will report into the Director of Channel Sales Operations based in the UK. We realize that new insights can come from anywhere, and we know the next big idea could be yours!
Responsibilities
Aligning with Sales leadership, providing insights and highlighting growth opportunities
Drive pipeline reviews, the bi- weekly sales outlook process and cadences for the named business and work closely with all the GEO’s & the Analytics team to bring all the Outlook’s together into one.
Set pipeline targets by Rep, Product and Market for all the teams WW, track the performance of the pipeline, where do we have GAP’s or conversion slow down.
Drive the end of quarter reporting.
Partner closely with the Reporting and Automation team to reduce manual processes and have the correct data points in place to be able to drive insights and build long-term growth strategies to accelerate the business.
Collaborate closely with the GTM leads, Finance, Marketing as well as the other Sales Operations teams WW.
Act as a change agent, be a catalyst and advocate in a fast-paced and ever evolving environment within the Field Sales Organization. Pro-activeness is key in this role.
Lead diverse ad-hoc projects that require analytical and critical thinking as well as attention to detail
Requirements
5+ years of work experience in operations or related field
Ability to mine, manipulate and present data to non-data people. Must be able to use Excel, Tableau knowledge will be good and experience with Power BI preferable
Experience with CRM systems like SFDC or MSFT Dynamics or equivalent as well as Clari
When communicating, provide concise recommendations that include data, action steps, and insight to paint a clear picture and the ability to solve complex operational problems
Must have high attention to detail, love delivering high-quality work and should be a creative problem solver
Must be a highly motivated individual that is able to work in a virtual team environment
A hard-working approach, self-managed and capable of multi-tasking in a rapidly growing organization with a hands-on mentality
Ability to be successful working in a highly matrixed environment
