You will be joining us as a Privacy Operations Specialist, and be part of our award winning, empowering privacy function, working on cutting edge privacy matters to protect the privacy of more than 500 million customers and employees.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
Supporting our Privacy by Design and Assurance activities across a range of data processing activities including conducting privacy impact assessments;
Triage, categorise and manage incoming Privacy demands in a timely manner and action the correct process to the highest of standards;
Supporting Data Privacy Incidents Management and Supplier Compliance processes and regular Policy Compliance Reviews
Conducting re-assessments of high and medium risk personal data processing activities and offering external and internal data protection query support;
Developing and embedding privacy notices, templates and support and manage Group Privacy team projects.
With these skills you are a great candidate:
Knowledge of compliance management standards, tools, methodologies (experience of OneTrust would be advantageous);
Good understanding of global privacy landscape;
Experience in contracts, data protection clauses and good understanding of global privacy landscape in technology and online businesses;
Knowledge of compliance management standards, tools, methodologies and best practices;
Excellent command of English, and excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication;
Strong ability and willingness to work as part of a Global team.
Excellent organisation skills, able to handle multiple requests with differing priorities and stakeholders;
1/2+ years experience in privacy and or compliance, experience in working with contracts and data protection clauses
