What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage complex, cross-functional engineering programs for this design tool, ensuring seamless execution throughout the maternity coverage period.
Partner with senior engineering and product leaders to maintain alignment on priorities, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics.
Drive clarity across scope, ownership, and delivery plans for programs already in flight.
Own execution outcomes by proactively managing risks, trade-offs, and interdependencies.
Provide clear, concise program status updates and executive-level communication (VP+).
Identify execution gaps and recommend pragmatic solutions to maintain velocity and delivery confidence.
Leverage existing processes, tools, and dashboards, applying automation and AI where appropriate to streamline reporting and monitoring.
Act as a trusted execution partner, ensuring transparency, accountability, and operational excellence.
Skills: What You Need to Succeed
5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or a related discipline.
Strong track record of driving large-scale, multi-team engineering programs in complex product or platform environments.
Solid technical fluency and ability to engage effectively with senior engineers and architects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership.
Ability to ramp up quickly, navigate ambiguity, and deliver with minimal oversight.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English.
Experience applying AI and automation to improve execution efficiency is a strong plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field — or equivalent practical experience.
