Verantwortlichkeiten
Work on projects in the area of Digital Platforms and Smart Portals, with a focus on Digital Experience, client’s interaction with the platform, and improving user experience.
Deliver high – quality business analysis that focuses on delivering a great Customer Experience.
Ensures that the product and service-level customer and user experience is defined, communicated, and understood, with pain points identified, and opportunities for improvement road-mapped.
Adopts Design Thinking Principles and applies the Design Thinking Processes and Methods to ensure customer and user insight drives product and service development.
Accountable for on time delivery of high – quality business requirements for both waterfall and agile project delivery methodologies.
Accountable for Requirements Management during the project lifecycle, includes both functional and non-functional requirements.
Manage Traceability throughout the project lifecycle and ensure the business impact against compliance is understood.
Continuously improve the business analysis ways of working.
Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, Solution Architect, Test Manager, Project Manager, Service Designer.
Anforderung
+2 years of experience in Business Analysis: requirements gathering and documentation.
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Experience with requirements analysis and elicitation
Experience with requirements management tools: JIRA, Confluence.
Excellent English communication skills: reading, writing, speaking.
Excellent presentation skills, with an understanding of business concerns and priorities.
Excellent stakeholder management skills: ability to collaborate with internal and external business and technical stakeholders.
Detail oriented and analytical skills
Understanding and knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework is a plus.
