Leading and supporting New Product Development (NPD) and lifecycle enhancements.
Collaborating with Product Managers to elicit, define, and refine business and technical requirements.
Championing the voice of the customer throughout the delivery process.
Applying Design Thinking principles to enhance customer experience in product design.
Ensuring business requirements , including both functional and non-functional requirements are clear, prioritized, and traceable for delivery teams.
Mapping stakeholders, user journeys, problem statements, and opportunities into tangible outcomes.
Driving the qualitative and timely delivery of business requirements using SAFe methodology and prioritization techniques such as MoSCoW and WSJF.
Coordinating traceability throughout project execution, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
Continuously improving business analysis practices.
Supporting service transformation and commercialization initiatives across the organization.
Requirements
Proven experience in New Product Development (NPD) and product lifecycle enhancements.
Strong background in process mapping, stakeholder analysis, and customer journey design.
Familiarity with IT methodologies or frameworks such as ITIL (a plus).
Hands-on experience with Agile, and tools like Jira/Confluence.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Experience working closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and drive clarity across diverse stakeholder groups.
