• In case of incident, assure trouble shooting analysis and all the repair actions, including vendor support escalation, in order to achieve service and performance restoration.
• Perform proactive maintenance activities to prevent incidents and constantly optimize the network, e.g. Daily Walkthroughs and Health checks for Packet and Voice Core components.
• Solve network related Customer Complaints within SLA. Tracing and debugging on various Packet/Voice Core Networks elements (DNS, NTP, BNG or/and Cisco equipment).
• Complex traffic and E2E service trend and protocol analysis.
• Assure planned work activities and upgrade of Packet and Voice Core components. Onboarding and
implementation of Service requests ensuring quality of service and avoiding regression on functionalities
• 1-3 years of experience in IP Services as DNS, NTP, BNG or/and Cisco equipment Operations and Maintenance activities.
• 1-3 years of experience in Linux OS and Database operations (security patching).
• 1 year experience in scripting and automation (Python, Ansible)
• Packet Switch E2E network analysis and troubleshooting, problem and change management. Analyse and interpret traces (Wireshark traces, network element traces, logs).
• English (spoken and written) and German (nice to have, spoken and written / reading, listening and willing to develop).
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• University degree: faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology
• 2 years of experience in a similar role in Operations and Maintenance activities.
