Responsibilities
In your new role you will:
Design, build and run high-quality software solutions that drive company’s digitalization journey for product portfolio and roadmap management
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of senior and junior software engineers to drive individual and team excellence
Promote best practices in software engineering, including code quality, testing, and deployment, while driving continuous improvement
Define the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for software development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to the architectural design and system integration of software solutions
Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, learning, and innovation within your team

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A university degree in computer science, informatics, or a related field (Bachelor/Master)
7+ years of hands-on experience in software development with focus on architectural design and system integration
Proficiency in frontend and backend development using modern frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, NestJS, ASP.NET Core, Spring Boot) and programming languages
Expertise in relational and non-relational database technologies (e.g. MSSQL, S3/CEPH)
Proven leadership and mentorship experience with both senior and junior engineers
In-depth knowledge of CI/CD Tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems (e.g. Git, Gitlab)
Strong understanding of cloud technologies, containerization and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
Proficiency in agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, test automation)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment
