Are you ready to take charge of an essential role that ensures the smooth and accurate processing of global payroll across multiple countries? We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Global Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team.
As a Global Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate payroll inputs, collaborating with external payroll providers, and guaranteeing compliance with all applicable regulations. You’ll be the primary point of contact for our payroll processes, and your expertise will help streamline and enhance our payroll operations.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring all global payroll inputs are accurate & completed on time across a number of countries.
Acting as point of contact with external payroll providers.
Reconciling each payroll, reviews all entries and forwards for approval
Ensuring all tax information, reconciliations and payments are accurate prior to payment
Reviewing of payroll journals post payroll prior to sending to Accounting.
Understanding of time recording and holidays accruals for multiple countries.
Managing the internal mailbox and ServiceNow inbox with responsibility for responding to employees’ queries
Keeping up to date on all legislative changes in International payroll and implementing where appropriate
Ensuring SOP/training documents for a variety of payroll processes are kept up to date.
Actively involved in payroll projects across the region including new country setups.
Ensuring compliance with all SOX controls

Requirements

Proven experience in global payroll processing with a strong track record of accuracy and timeliness.
Strong understanding of international payroll regulations and tax compliance.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with external providers and internal stakeholders.
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering precise results.
Familiarity with accounting principles and payroll reconciliations.
Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and navigate through various challenges.
Advanced level of English proficiency. Knowledge of any other language is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
