We are seeking a proactive and technically adept Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within the Trust Provisioning domain, with a strong focus on enabling new products to use our secure provisioning services.
Your responsibilities:
• Lead projects focused on the enablement of new production sites or software related products for secure data provisioning services. Mix between agile and waterfall managed projects.
• Projects require interaction between several teams around the world.
• Track and report project progress using tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Confluence.
• Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Participate in iteration planning events, presenting and defending project timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure alignment with the client’s project governance and quality standards.
Who we’re looking for
To ensure your success in this role, the following experience is needed:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• >5 years of experience in project management, ideally in technical/software related domains.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Solid understanding of how webservices and public/private key infrastructure works is a plus
• Familiarity with software applications deployed on Kubernetes clusters.
• Certified in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2
Foundation or equivalent) – preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and MS Project.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and drive results in a dynamic environment.
• High cultural sensitivity and adaptability for global collaboration.
Work Mode: Remote work with onsite workshops 4-6 times a year in Hamburg
Duration: 12 months (high potential for extension)
