• Ensure that the quality of hires is continuously improved, raising the capability and potential of those recruited to meet the business objectives and company talent agenda.
• Spearhead effective offer management, collaborating with hiring teams to deliver compelling and competitive offers while aligning with organizational policies and market benchmarks.
• Gain a sound understanding of business area and develop strong and positive relationships with designated business area stakeholders/ hiring managers.
• Advising business areas/ Hiring Manager on internal and, if necessary, external sourcing channels in alignment with local employer brand Team.
• Responsible for effectively managing and resolving hiring manager and candidate escalations, with a focus on delivering a positive NPS (Net Promoter Score) rating that reflects high candidate satisfaction.
• 3+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
• Proficient in German language (C1 preferred) but also in English
• Consulting ability and time-management
• Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional work.
• Basic knowledge of labor law.
