Responsibilities
In your new role, you will:
Establish new clients of the local site aligned with the strategy of the global agility team
Harness the power of agility in leadership and culture development through the application of agile methods and tools
Moderation of agile workshops & events with an adapting approach to reach optimization
Lead with agile values, methods and techniques to create goal-based added value in cycles and make collaboration more effective and efficient
Promote a self-organised and independentway of working by motivating, coaching, listening, giving impulses
Act as a role model and source of inspiration for other Agile Masters/ Agile Coaches
Design training courses, workshops and other formats to impart agile expertise on your own and in the team in line with company guidelines
Proactively recognise new fields of action in the local environment and actively address them
Support local stakeholders to remove obstacles themselves and mediate between different interests
Develop and visualise key performance indicators to derive the efficiency of the tested measures for continuous optimisation
Improve communication & platforms between the divisions
Requirements
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A university degree with an economic and technical understanding
A minimum of 5 years of experienceasAgile Coach with especially experience in guiding leaders and managers
Knowledge of several agile frameworks and methods and a dedicated education in systemic coaching
The ability of understanding the grade of maturity of the organization to implement the right offerings at a time
A solution-oriented and forward-looking way of working paired with an empathetic approach to different convincing appearances
Teamwork spirit and are willing to travel locally and abroad
