Draft & Review Contracts and Annexes – Prepare, review, and validate contract drafts and related annexes to ensure legal accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal policies.
Ensure Compliance & Audit Readiness – Maintain structured documentation for audit purposes, ensuring compliance with tax laws and procurement policies.
Coordinate Stakeholders – Work with legal, finance, procurement, employee networks and leadership teams to align funding strategies with company priorities.
Optimize Fund Utilization – Identify opportunities to maximize impact while staying within regulatory guidelines.
